6.The certificate of origin shall be provided when the goods is made in courntries that can enjoy tariff preference or from the countries that shall pay anti-dumping duty .
7.There are National standards for reworked plastics. We suggest to send sample for test before shipping to China because that reworked plastic that are not up to China national standards will be returned and the importer of unqualified will either be fined or be penalized
